TIM LE — Paralegal and Docket Clerk
Tim Le has an Associate degree in Computer Science and is currently in his last year of  Bachelor of Business Administration at San Francisco State University. Tim has extensive experiences in retail management, property management and is an amateur photographer. He is also fluent in Vietnamese. LEO LAI — Patent Agent/ Engineer
Leo Lai has a Bachelor Degree of Industrial Engineering and a Master Degree of Science (Management) from San Francisco State University. Leo is admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and assists the office to prepare patent, trademark and copyright applications with responsibilities that include clearance reviews of proposed patents, trademarks or copyrights, application drafting, interactions with USPTO, desk research on various subjects and evaluation of invention disclosures. Leo drafts and edits scientific, technical materials and engineering related materials, products, technology into understandable language. He also prepares patent description reports concerned with work methods and procedures, installation, usage, functions and operations. He also studies blueprint, sketches, drawings, part lists, specifications to understand product and technology.
